That work has taken me across nearly every setting there is: consulting for organizations from non-profits to Fortune 1000 public companies, and most recently running PE-backed SaaS businesses as a President owning the P&L and a CTO owning the architecture. In practice that means designing a company’s operational rhythm (drawing on OKRs, EOS, and Agile), unifying sales, marketing, and customer success into one revenue engine, and putting AI to work where it genuinely amplifies people rather than replacing them.

Appointed by the PE group to lead the company after the founder’s exit, with responsibility for the full team and its financial performance. Delivered double-digit year-over-year EBITDA growth through margin optimization and disciplined cost control, and restructured cross-functional teams around execution.
BlueFolder Software, Inc.
Owned the P&L, go-to-market strategy, and product vision. Grew EBITDA 30% and beat stretch revenue goals through pricing optimization and hands-on sales performance coaching.
Outreach, Inc.
Steered executive-level culture development and personnel engagement, and led an enterprise transparency initiative — deploying the BI infrastructure behind all financial and operational reporting.
BlueFolder Software, Inc.
Engineered the company’s migration to Azure, cutting hosting costs by half while sustaining 99.9% uptime. Led engineering on React, React Native, and .NET Core modules to modernize the product.

Led web engineering for media brands reaching millions of monthly visitors, and built the analytics platforms used to maximize visitor engagement and ad performance.
